In today’s blog we shall be analysing the one and only Indra Nooyi’s signature.Indra is an Indian-American business executive and former chairperson and chief executive officer (CEO) of PepsiCo. She was instrumental in the lucrative restructuring and diversification of soft-drink manufacturer PepsiCo, Inc.’s brands. Nooyi served as the company’s CEO (2006–18) and chairman of the board (2007–19). She now sits on Amazon.com Inc.’s board and recently published a memoir called “My Life in Full”. She has consistently ranked among the world’s 100 most powerful women and serves as an inspiration to all.
Our analysis based on her signature is as follows:
- The first alphabet ‘I’ has a big loop and is larger than the other letters in her signature. Only the ‘N’ in her surname is as prominent as the ‘I’.
- The first letter ‘I’ being larger than the rest suggests strong will and high confidence present in her. Similarly the first letter of her surname ‘N’ being prominent reveals that family values are of utmost importance to her.
- The bigger loop in the ‘I’ shows that she is highly influenced by her mother.
- The ‘D’ in her name has a loop which means that she is extremely particular about how she presents herself in public. An individual’s dressing sense speaks volumes of their character and personality, and ideally should reflect the real you. Nooyi has mastered the art of knowing how to carry and dress herself during various occasions she partakes in. - Looking at her signature, you’ll find that she connects 4 alphabets with each other, which reveals that she prefers conducting smaller meetings and dealing with fewer number of people at a time, instead of addressing huge gatherings of people.
